  • OR….was did you live a sort of normal childhood, on the surface, but it scared you.

Whatever it is that has happened, I will help you get on track. Each person is individual in what they need, but I have lots of tools to help. Whether its using Accelerated Resolution Therapy to help your brain clear the stress response, talk therapy, or helping you learn to calm your nervous system, symptoms of acute stress response and Trauma are treatable.

Co-dependency and Toxic relationships

I work with survivors of toxic relationships heal themselves. By understanding why we struggle with boundaries and people pleasing, we can start to untangle how we got into relationships to begin with. Usually with its roots in childhood, our brains work to protect us with our stress response. However, when the stress response is being activated, we (unfortunately) learn how self sacrifice can meet someone else’s needs, and thus protects us. Self sacrifice can become a part of our barter system for attention, safety, security and love. I help people untangle this web and get to living for themselves.
